FAMREPS brings movement, strength, teamwork and endurance together in a shared race day experience. Each division has its own requirements, giving participants a challenge suited to their category and a finish worth celebrating.

The Gladiator Finisher is the final part of the FAMREPS course. Follow the finishing requirements for your division. The finish remains part of your race, not a separate points challenge.

Family, friends and members of the public are welcome to support participants. Adult spectator tickets cost R60 and child spectator tickets cost R40. Children under 5 enter free. Spectator tickets are separate from race entries.

School group bookings, corporate teams and sponsors can pay by card or bank transfer. For a bank transfer, use the payment reference issued with your booking. Transfers are confirmed manually and may take longer to process.

Frederick and Armandt created FAMREPS to bring families, schools and communities together through fitness. Drawing on his work with families at Fitness by Freddy, Frederick helps shape an event that encourages participation, shared effort and a sense of belonging.
Armandt developed the FAMREPS race format alongside Frederick, contributing his expertise in biokinetics, strength and conditioning, and rehabilitation. His work focuses on the movement requirements of each division, including exercises, loads and distances, supported by clear participant instructions.
