Read the booking, cancellation, weather, admission and conduct conditions that apply to your FAMREPS purchase and attendance.

1. Refund & postponement policy

| Event postponed by FAMREPS | Entry remains valid for the rescheduled date. No refund is due; a credit or refund option may be offered at FAMREPS's discretion. |
| Event cancelled by FAMREPS | Entries are refunded in full within 14 business days, minus any payment processing fees already incurred. |
| Buyer cancels their own entry | Refundable in full up to 30 days before the event; a 50% credit toward a future FAMREPS event from 29 to 14 days before; no refund inside 14 days of the event. |
| Change age band / T shirt size | Allowed up to 14 days before the event by emailing FAMREPS; subject to stock availability for shirts. |
| Weather / force majeure on the day | The event proceeds under the safety protocol in the proposal; if abandoned for safety reasons, the postponement policy above applies. |
2. What you receive, and when
A FAMREPS entry is admission to a one-day event. There is nothing to ship, and no delivery address is collected.
- Immediately on entry: an emailed confirmation carrying your unique payment reference (for example FAMREPS-TIX-8XQ3RT). Quote it exactly on any payment.
- On successful card payment: a second email confirming your place is secured. Card payments confirm within moments.
- How you may pay: individual entries are paid by card only. School block bookings, corporate teams and sponsors may pay by card or by bank transfer against the reference their booking issues; transfers are matched by hand and take a little longer to confirm.
- Closer to the event: your start group and heat time by email. These are set once entries close and cannot be issued at the time of purchase.
- On the day: race number, timing and, where your tier includes it, your branded T shirt, collected in person at registration. Water is included in every tier.
If you have paid and received nothing within one working day, email frederick@famreps.com or armandt@famreps.com with your payment reference and we will resolve it.
3. Entry conditions
- Entry constitutes acceptance of the division standards and safety rules described in the event proposal.
- All minors require parent or guardian consent to participate.
- The event will be filmed and photographed. Entry implies consent to use of such material, unless an opt-out is requested in writing to frederick@famreps.com or armandt@famreps.com.
- Liability is limited in line with the safety and insurance arrangements described in the proposal.

How we collect, use and protect personal information, and your rights over it under POPIA, is set out in full in the Privacy Policy, not repeated here.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
