Every grade from R to matric, plus a Teachers & Parents (Open Adult) division and a Family Relay for mixed-age teams of 4–6.

What does the entry include?

Depends on the tier you pick: Tier 1 is entry + water, Tier 2 adds a branded T-shirt, Tier 3 adds a T-shirt and goodie bag. Exact pricing per grade band is on the Entry Packages page.

Is there an age limit?

No upper limit. Teachers & Parents and the Family Relay are both open-adult categories, and every school-grade division is scaled to that age band's real capacity, not a single fixed standard.

Do we need fitness experience?

Accepted Answer

No. Every station is scaled by division, from Grade R through matric, so nobody is facing a standard built for a different age group.

Question 5

How do I register my team?

Accepted Answer

Individually via Entry Packages, as a whole school via School Bulk Booking, or as a company via the Corporate Team Challenge. Checkout takes card (Paystack or Yoco) or EFT.
