ARRIVAL AND LATE ARRIVAL
Be at your designated class check in point, ready to participate, at least 10 minutes before the class starts. If you have not reported in person by 10 minutes after the start, you forfeit your right to that class place. It may be allocated to a registered standby participant. Entry after the class begins is subject to a safe entry instruction from the class team. Read the full class rules before paying.
YOUR BOOKING IS PERSONAL
Every participant is registered and scanned individually using their own QR code. Class bookings cannot be transferred, shared, sold or used by another person.
BOOKING FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON
You can pay for several people in one order. Add each person individually and select their classes. Each participant needs their own personal registration, required indemnity and QR code. A group payment does not create a shared class ticket.
Each class costs R250 per person. Two classes cost R500 and three classes cost R750. Each additional selected class costs R250.
Every class is scheduled for 1 hour 15 minutes. Check the confirmed start time and reporting instructions on your booking.

If you have not reported in person by 10 minutes after the session starts, you forfeit your right to that class place. It may be allocated to a registered standby participant. Safe entry instructions still apply during the first 10 minutes.
Tell the class queue marshal so your arrival can be recorded. Documented delays caused by the organiser's scanning or admission process are reviewed before treating a person as absent.
No. Class bookings and QR codes are personal and cannot be transferred, shared, sold or used by another person.
Yes. Add each person individually and select their classes. Each participant receives their own booking record and QR code and completes the required personal form. One group payment does not create a shared pass.

Yes. Your personal registration provides your own QR code. Staff check your payment, selected class and required forms before admission. The QR code does not itself grant access to every class.
You can join its waiting list or ask the class desk about standby availability. A waiting list entry is not a confirmed place. You still need your own registration, payment, form and authorised allocation.
Onsite bookings are possible only where the class desk confirms availability and safe admission. Use the authorised booking process. Do not pay an instructor informally to enter.
No. Group exercise classes are booked individually. School and corporate racing team rules are separate.
Bring a water bottle and a towel. For Box Fitness, bring your own boxing gloves, which are not provided.
Check the published eligibility for the specific session. A child may join only where that age is permitted and the required parent or legal guardian acceptance is complete.
Missing a class does not automatically produce a full refund. Submit a booking review request. The accepted terms, relevant evidence, any resale of the place and applicable law are considered.
Affected customers will receive an update and the applicable options. Organiser cancellation or a material change is not treated as the customer simply failing to attend.
The programme includes at least 15 minutes between sessions in the same exercise area for cleaning and preparation. The planned default is 20 minutes. Your confirmation shows the actual timetable.
Those classes are led together by the named instructors. They still count as one 75 minute session, with one R250 price per participant and one limit of 60 participants.
